Summer Study - July 19

Friday, July 19, 2019
The Threshing Floor

Another Friday is here and we are coming to the end of Ruth.  In the reading for today Ruth has to be bold. I think to be bold we often have to be sure of who we are and who we are in Christ.  Think about this while you are reading.

Read: Ruth 3:1-18

Questions to Consider:
1.     Have you ever had to do something difficult and bold in your life?  Where did you get your courage from?
2.    What type of habits can you cultivate in your life now to be sure you can be bold when needed?

Activity for the Day:  Think of a bold way that you could shine the light of Jesus into the world.  A way that would be BOLD for you.  This could be paying for someone’s coffee in the drive-thru at Starbucks.  This could be giving a 100% tip to your server and writing “You are loved” on the ticket.  This could be writing a note of forgiveness to someone.  Think of something that is BOLD for you.  After you have thought of your BOLD action…go out and do it!

Blessings,

Kristyne
